How long does it take for my order to process?

All orders are processed within two to three business days, starting the day after the order was placed. Within six to ten business days you will receive your tracking number. All orders are shipped using Standard Shipping with an exception of individual weight gain bottles and wholesale pill orders,which are shipped via Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping.

 

What happens if your missing some of your order?

How long do it take to receive a email or message you sent?

My response time=Up to 24 hours

 

What happens if I provided the wrong address?

You must wait until your order is returned and another one will ship out according to our shipping process.

What if my package is lost thru mail service network?

We are not responsible for packages once they are sent off. Please contact the mail service provider and file a dispute.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final unless product if proven to be defective, or if your order was never received. Every customer agrees to this policy at checkout. If your bottle has leakage(common problem),and you lost more than half the bottle, please let me know.You must contact me within 24 hours to be determined eligible for any product replacement. Thank You!
